Did you see that other thread about illegals not having to pay back taxes once they acquire amnesty...?? Hell, even the illegals who got amnesty back in '86 had to pay some back taxes to the IRS.

Here's the punchline : Even Kennedy's draft of the legislation had a provision requiring the payment of back taxes to IRS, but at the insistence of Bush's very own DHS Secretary Michael Chertoff that requirement was yanked.

It's worse than we think. This administration is the left of Kennedy on immigration.

I never knew that American citizenship could be bought so cheaply. It is so cheap that perhaps it isn't anything that has any value after all. So on that note bring our young men and women home there is no longer anything here to defend. We are o longer a souvereign nation we are a giant corporation where cheap labor is more important than anything.

Our El Presidente has decided, along with the scum in the Senate, that there are some laws which need to be obeyed and some which don't. Of course who you are determines which laws are which. What fools we all are for obeying any laws of this land. Former Presidents have given us the welfare state that we pay for, they have given us amnesty before and promised that it would be a one time deal and the problem would be fixed, and now this one gives us another fool proof fix. We are on the verge of something cataclysmic and something is going to have to break. I pray it is not something that destroys this once great nation.

That is actually true. I know a number of hard core liberals that want this insane illegal immigration stopped and they don't want the shamnesty bill. I just can't believe that Bush is still pushing this nonsense. Doesn't anyone in his administration know what is going on?....Or is it that they just don't care.
