BS-IRA vs. KRAP
I'm still undecided which one I like better.
Maybe some of the bright minds on Free Republic can come up with a better moniker for this piece of garbage.
The more sunlight hits this thing the worse it looks.
Thanks for posting.
Over here- is the Draft to date- 300 plus pages:

Your’s is definitely more readable:)
The triggers are meaningless, since the probationary visas go into effect immediately. Besides, who trusts the Secretary of Homeland Security to be honest about certifying anything?
What a shame!
I just Faxed the White House at 202-456-2461. Yesterday I called both senators (Specter and Casey), Faxed Mitch McConnell, John Kyl and a host of others, and e-mailed a bunch more. I plan on doing this every day until we beat this thing.
Comprehensive Invasion Bill
Medved was saying yesterday that it’s not amnesty since they have to go home and wait... We can’t deport 12 million, but we can “persuade” them to go home and get at back of line? This is idiocy. The open borders vampires are liars and frauds. This country is gonna turn into North Mexico.
umgud’s plan;
1. Real border security.
All who are caught forever forfeit the right to ever enter again legally.
2. Tough employer sanctions.
Give employers a way to screen workers without requiring citizens to have national ID’s. SS# verification?
3. Real interior enforcement.
No, we don’t have to round up and deport millions. Just deport them as we run into them.
4. Provide a guest worker program that has to be accessed from the immigrants home country.
This plan should be based on US needs, not alien’s wants.
5. Immigration numbers.
Who comes for a path to citizenship should be chosen based on US needs and immigrant qualifications.
6. Nobody votes without proof of citizenship.
7. Do away with the anchor baby provisions.
Which IMHO are a misiterpretation of the 14th.
If after doing all the above, we don’t have enough people, just let more in thru a screened process.
“· Permanent Bar: Y worker who fails to timely depart is permanently barred from any future immigration benefit.”
chose this at random... What does ‘timely’ mean??!?
Looks more like the
IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY FULL-EMPLOYMENT ACT of ‘07
non-legal residents will plead “stress” from the reg’s, flood the ERs even more... cost us even more tax money. What a disaster...
How does this help us, taxpayers & legal citizens?
Why can’t they simply enforce existing laws?
Are we going to get TAX Amnesty Act of ‘07?
Probationary status. In other words, they are legal as soon as this bitch is signed.
Enforcement only first! The feds have zero credibility on the enforcement issue.
FYI, this seems to be the same document that is hosted here by American Immigration Lawyers Association.

They appear to be opposed to this draft because they think it is too strict.
