Document(ed) Thief **Sandy Burglar Alert**
IBD Editorials ^ | 18 May 2007 | Staff

Scandal: By voluntarily surrendering his law license, Clinton White House aide Sandy Berger has avoided cross-examination in Trouser-gate. This is the behavior of a man who's still hiding something.

The former national security adviser is guilty of stealing classified documents, but it seems there's be more here than the simple or inadvertent theft of few innocuous papers.

Berger admitted that while reviewing top-secret dossiers from the Clinton years in the National Archives in preparation for his 2003 testimony before the 9/11 Commission hearings, he stuffed five copies of a memo linked to the Clinton administration's record on terrorism in his clothes and left with them. Some papers were hidden under a trailer at a nearby construction site; he returned later to get them.

This jerkoff should have been thrown in jail. If (God forbid) a clintoon presidency occurs in ‘08, this thief will surface in the clintoonian administration as a coveted member of the inner circle.

I have asked my representatives about this and have been completely ignored. Thanks for posting this. These questions need to be answered by the Bush Justice Department.....not swept under the rug. If Gonzales lets this go undone, then he needs to go sooner rather than later.

Were these copies or originals?

This is just one of many reasons that I am disgusted by this admin. And before you blow hards start accusing me of Bush-bashing I am a hardcore conservative and that is the problem. Why were there no major investigations of the Clinton admin and indictments. A rookie out of law school could have secured indictments against scores of Clinton criminals. I don’t want to hear about protecting the presidency. I want to hear about enforcing the law. Why hasn’t Jefferson of La been indicted yet? He 90 large in the fridge and it was marked money. Why hasn’t Harry Reid been investigated and forced out. He’s used so many sleazy real estate scams that he could be a light night tv huckster. Why hasn’t DiFi been forced out of congress. She personally saw to it that her husband’s pockets were lined from military budget lucre. And what about NJ’s newly elected senator Menendez? He was crooked up to his eyeballs and should have easily scored and indictment.

The list goes on and on. They should have taken out half the dim leadership. The dims don’t hesitate to stick it to the republicans.

And that doesn’t mean that the crooked republicans on the hill shouldn’t be arrested and shown the door either.

In prior admins, political crimes were treated with the highest priority and importance. For some reason they just don’t rate with the Bush admin.

The whole trouser-gate debacle drives a nail in the coffin of the “there’s no liberal bias in the media” crowd. The lack of interest by Big Media in Burglar’s misdeeds is so farcical as to be beyond belief, even considering all the past lapses of interest in liberal misdeeds by the msm. Burglar’s crime is the messy pile of backed-up sewage stinking up the liberal house as the host says “smell, what smell?”.

This is an adequate example of classic ESPIONAGE.

Pres. Bush will be impeached --and Convicted-- before anything happens to Berger.

Give up his law license? BFD!!! He even said he has not practiced law for 15 years.

“Article 1. That all Government of right originates from the People, is founded in compact only, and instituted solely for the good of the whole; and they have, at all times, the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their Form of Government in such manner as they may deem expedient.”

“Art. 6. That all persons invested with the Legislative or Executive powers of Government are the Trustees of the Public, and, as such, accountable for their conduct: Wherefore, whenever the ends of Government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the People may, and of right ought, to reform the old, or establish a new Government; the doctrine of non-resistance against arbitrary power and oppression is absurd, slavish and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.”

You are right. I am coming to believe that it’s all one political party, with a left and right wing.

Time to move to a third party: The Constitution Party provides real alternatives to the go-along Republicans.

Put Sandy in a room with JACK BAUER!

The rules against water boarding would be temporarily suspended.

Guess we will never know what they were hiding. You can guess though...
He is protected by both sides... so you can be sure it is really something.
Nothing surprises me anymore. Even if he were promoted to Attorney General, if the Hildebeast becomes Prez.
