A lot's wrong with it. Rush North Shore Medical Center is the former Skokie Valley Community Hospital, in Skokie, IL. A muslim doctor unwilling to treat Jewish patients wouldn't last there. As you'll note from the link upthread, 15 doctors being sued, a number with Jewish sounding surnames, one muslim, thus Debbies charge.
And if there's a there there, it's not difficult to find a malpractice attorney, or any attorney, on Chicago's north shore.
I doubt that a Muslim doctor would tell anyone about refusing to treat Jewish patients. Debbie’s focus is on the Muslim doctor because he was the chief resident doctor assigned to treat Joseph Applebaum. Maybe he just forgot or was busy taking a prayer break.
A few years back my MIL was in that ER. There was a middle-aged white woman, likely having a stroke (disoriented, right side weakness),and they has her SITTING IN THE WAITING room for 45 minutes while they processed people heard of her at the intake window. Her family was going nuts when I left.
Based on what I saw, the place is staffed by equal-opportunity incompetents.
