We’re amazed at the Hispanics that work for us - it always begins with no ability to speak English. They inevitably slip up though. We had a truck driver who would bring his son with him every time he needed to talk to me. Then he wanted a check, and I guess his son was unavailable, so he came in alone, and his English was amazingly good.
