Get your fingers out of your ears. Multiple posters have already given you the only wise answer: Roll up the red carpet, throw some employers in jail where they deserve to be, enforce the laws, and start the ball rolling south.
For the 20th time, prosecute employers who have more than 5 “undocumented immigrant” employees on their premises.
Six months of doing that will put a huge dent in the hiring of illegal aliens. Company managers and owners will not want to face big fines and jailtime.
In so doing, there will be no work for illegals, and they’ll go home.
It is that simple.

If you look at a lawn that has become infested with weeds, what do you do?
Do you throw up your hands, and abandon the lawn to the weeds?
Or do you at least make an _attempt_ to clean things up?
You start the cleanup by pulling out one weed at a time.
You may not get them all, but that's beside the point. You do SOMETHING.
This "reform bill" gives our garden to the weeds. Plain and simple.
