It's not that the forum is only for US citizens, but that this is an issue on which many of us frankly are not interested in what anyone who is not a citizen thinks or has to say on the subject. As a non-citizen, you are our guest. A welcome one as a legal resident alien, but a guest. Just as I would be a guest in England or elsewhere in Europe.
To me, the view on immigration of every citizen, whether I agree with it or not, has infinitely more weight than your opinion.

Would want to have prison inmates deciding how to run the prison? Of course, all ideas can be expressed. I just believe it is inappropriate for non-citizens, as our guests, to get involved in our politics. If they want to be involved in our political life, take out citizenship. I should have been more precise perhaps, that I simply am not interested in anything a non-citizen has to say about immigration.
Then Chertof shows up to give the illusion that there is no danger posed to our country. Funny, I think he protests too much. But, strangely, I am angered more by the blow to our traditions and culture than I am by fear of terrorism. This country is a shining light because of its independence and capitalism. If the socialism of Mexico inserts itself into America, we will become just another socialist country in North America.

I appreciate the calm voice of reason as much as the next guy, but I don’t think it is possible to overreact to this situation.
So you are willing to take the lesser of two evils? That’s what keeps getting us into trouble. We need to take a stand, not compromise or go for the the lesser of two evils. It’s what they are counting on. Can’t you see they are all the same. Power and corruption. Neither party gives a damn about the taxpayer as long as we keep on lining their pockets.

What a crock of crap. I’ve been reading this thread and it’s been REPEATEDLY stated how relatively easy it would be for these criminal illegals to self deport. This isn’t rocket science. Sheesh.
