I suspect both men were gentlemen. Neither takes politics personally - they just fight the fight and let it go. Perhaps, but let's not forget Clinton's interview with Chris Wallace...he can get emotional.

They should both love each other. Rush helped motivate Bill’s base. Bill helped Rush’s ratings. Bill is making money like crazy and so is Rush.

I don’t know - I would be willing to bet the conversation would be very civil.
Rush is NOT given to anger toward liberals - when engaging them in person.
He really can “leave it at the office”.
That’s his gift - he likes and respects people.
The show is the show - in person - he engages with people.
