I heard him explain what might have provoked them. I did NOT hear him suggest that justifies what they did.
If we pull out of Iraq, and out of the ME as Mr. Paul suggests, it will be a VICTORY for the terrorists, not just a retreat on our part. We toppled two terrorist supporting regimes. Even most democrats aren’t stupid enough to pull the rug out before we finish the missions.
And if Mr. Paul is so keen on listening to what the terrorists have said in the past, maybe he ought to try listening to them now: declaring Iraq to be the #1 priority to defeat the infidel.
