Hunter talking about the San Diego fence.
IIRC, some news stories today have said that that fence has many tunnels under it. One tunnel is so large that it has taken months to figure out how to seal it.

months to figure out how to seal it.
It was sealed today. It took months to get the the permissions between both countries.
I live in San Diego, and know first hand.
