First, the kid’s haircut looks fine, it isn’t “expressing” anything other than he likes it that way.
Secondly, however, the kid is NOT being “targetted” because he is a “poor victim African American”.

Sounds like a fuel tanker and a cement truck collided. Tanker is on fire. Not good.

I heard that the tanker was carrying used oil, not gasoline or diesel fuel. Fire is out and crews working to clean up the spill.

Just a lot of smoke per drivers’ reports. I hope there aren’t any harmful chemicals mixed in with the oil. That would be bad.
