There is an old curse, I believe it's Chinese. May you live in interesting times. I think the 21st century will make the 20th blaze by comparison. I just hope the Koreans, Pakis, Chicoms, Persians and whoever else gets the bomb and uses it will at least make relatively clean explosions.

On the other hand maybe a failsafe device like a Cobalt encased thermonuclear device is something we should consider deploying, not to launch at anyone else, but rather to detonate here. If they are going to take us, we can at least leave a barren land where cokcroaches will even refuse to inhabit.
