SPIN BOLDAK, Afghanistan, May 14 (Reuters) - Taliban sources confirmed on Monday that the movement's top operational commander was killed in a clash with Western and Afghan forces, and said Taliban leader Mullah Mohammad Omar was pondering a replacement.~ snip ~
"Yes, Mullah Dadullah has been killed," a Taliban source said.
"It is a very big loss for us because Dadullah was a very important commander and Taliban's war planner against coalition and Afghan forces," a senior Taliban commander, who preferred to remain anonymous, told Reuters.
Mullah Omar, whose whereabouts are not known since the Taliban's ouster, was consulting with the Taliban leadership council on Dadullah's replacement.

It ought to be fun when they call his name in Hell (er Paradise). Table for one for Abdullah Dadullah! It must be the Arab version of a boy names Sue.
After hearing him mangle Obama's name I'd like to hear Ted Kennedy try to pronounce that one.
Did he run an ad on Craigslist? LOL
ROFL!!! True, but at least Abdullah Dadullah has a ring to it. BTW, doesn’t it sound like a kid’s program or some new pop star?
Everyone try to say, “Mullah Abdullah Dadullah” fast five times!
What’s with these folks and double “l”s....
It sounds like someone trying to describe a Jon Bonham drum dolo.
"It goes ab-dullah-da-dullah!"
Alternately a description of the movies made by Woody Allen in the last twenty years--dullah and more dullah...
And his second in command Skullet Dudullah:
“at least Abdullah Dadullah has a ring to it. BTW, doesnt it sound like a kids program or some new pop star?”

ROFL!!! Especially Woody’s...
But what of the feared Sheikh yer Bouti....
Taliban sources confirm killing of top commander (Mullah Omar seeks is keeping an eye out for a replacement for Dadullah)
There. Much better...
What happened to that big Spring offensive the Taliban was going to launch? I guess they couldn’t pull it off because all their fighters were being killed. I think the Taliban is going to go down as just a small footnote in Afghanistan history. The bigger problem over there will be the drug lords.
All I keep thinking of is a re-write of the old Ronettes song, and call it "Ab-dull-ah GONE-GONE".
I wonder if they use Monster.com?
