MNJ pointed out last week how polls can be doctored all over the place, I don’t trust any of them.

I am shocked. lol.


I've said for years that the MSM use polls to make news rather than report news. When they need a good story, they create a poll. And by controlling the content of the questions in the poll, they can control the content in the report. It certainly helps in their pushing their agenda, because they can get a poll that agrees with their position. Convenient, huh.

Too convenient and it’s just one more reason why we need more more news makers to start with us and not the msm when issuing press releases.
The web and talk radio should be main sources of news not the msm/dbm,they have lost or forfeited the right to be first.

Personally I think that the reliance on polls, even by people on Free Republic who SHOULD know better, is the reason the Guiliana hysteria cropped up in the first place.

Apparently a lot of people believed the polls that Rudy was the front runner, causing widespread panic among conservatives here who spent useless hours trying to destroy Rudy.

Rudy was NEVER going to be the Republican candidate. Not unless pigs and angels hold hands flying out of you know where.

This Rudy fiasco has cost Free Republic dearly and I’m afraid it’s lost something it can’t get back. That happens, sometimes and I’m sad about it.

But blame the polls, the MSM and the gullibility of certain freepers.
