If you've never heard Larry, you don't know what you're missing!
There’s not tentative schedule yet, so we’ll just have to wait for the show. :)
Since there isn’t a schedule that has been released, maybe it is a free for all!
Hi to the Sage, all Elderados, and those that should be! And of course, EveningStar, the greatest Elderado of all!
They have Mark Levin on instead! I wonder what’s going on. I hope this isn’t permanent.
Just switched my radio over and Mark Levin is on in Larry’s slot. Did they bump the Sage? I love Mark too, but where did the Sage go?
I don’t know. I just called the station. The receptionist didn’t know either.
I’m betting that they’ve moved Mark to the drive time slot and will put Larry on in his old slot starting at 9pm, or at 6 when Mark’s show ends. Either way, Larry will surface somewhere, because he’s too great an asset to can.
The receptionist isn’t in on the dealings with talent. I was a few minutes late, but since they aren’t mentioning Larry....This is they same way the dealt with Mr. KABC...silence for a few days, and then an announcement.
I tried one of the alternate stations on streaming video. They were playing on old show of Larrys.
I think Larry did his broadcast from NY this week. This is probably a travel day for Larry heading home. Or, he may be on a TV show in NY today.
(Stephanie) Miller may be among several talk-radio hosts who will rotate into the Imus slot. Starting Monday, KABC/790 AM’s Larry Elder will be on MSNBC 3-6 a.m. Pacific time for two days.
“Dan Abrams, who runs the place (MSNBC), called and asked me to come to New York for a couple of days. I know I want people to come on who disagree with me,” he said in a phone interview.
Elder, the self-described “sage from South Central” who calls himself a fiscal conservative and a social liberal, faces a unique challenge. Others simulcast their radio shows. Elder’s KABC show isn’t on until 3 to 7 p.m. weekdays, so his MSNBC gig is strictly TV. Content was still being worked on at week’s end, but he’s expected to take e-mails and phone calls in addition to conducting interviews.
KABC decided to also simulcast his 3-6 a.m. MSNBC show live on 790 AM Monday and Tuesday. The call-in number will be the same used for his radio show: 1-877-99-LARRY. For updates, go to www.larryelder.com.
Perhaps I need to learn how to read. :)
