I was just talking to a pal up in Duluth. He mentioned the Gunflint Trail area is on fire. What happened ? I thought the area had plenty of rain...

It’s apparently been very windy and very low humidity up there. And there was a massive blow-down of trees there seven or eight years ago, and the evnviro-whackos wouldn’t let logging companies go in and clean it up, so there’s assloads of fuel to keep the fire going.
