Christians in the tribal Northwest Frontier Province of Pakistan have received threatening letters from Taliban groups informing them that they must convert to Islam within 10 days or else.
The letters were sent to churches and homes. Thousands of Christians live in the province, which is largely controlled by the Taliban and tribal authorities after the Pakistan government removed its troops from the area last year.
The Taliban religious police have been cracking down in the area ever since. Girls' schools have been burnt to the ground, video shops have been blown up, and there have been threats to local barbers whom they say insult Islam by shaving beards.

I’m sure we are next. The left is already trying to do this in the US. I for one will stand my ground against anybody that tries to silence me or other Christians. Have guns will travel and not afraid to die for Christ.
You know, if we’d nuked all of Al Qaeda and the Taliban’s bases the day after 9/11, some of this might’ve been prevented.

So Pakistan is providing haven to terrorists. You sure don't hear about the adminstration saying or doing anything in public to bring pressure to bear on the Pakistani government to do something about this. Wonder if anything is being done behind the scenes. (If so, it sure doesn't seem to be working.)
You want a good example of what can happen with a cult like Islam? Go back a few years in Oregon when the Rajneeshee’s (sp?) took over a whole town. They ran out everyone except their own until the State Government ran them out. We have small towns like this in this country already. Small farming communitys being taken over, very quietly, but it’s happening.

Amen, brother. You had echoed my long held sentiments. I believe the only ‘mistake’ GW made was to not level those miserable countries within 10 days.
