How does discussing what someone in the media said over the airwaves constitute libel? Answer: it doesn't.

"...called Gov Kathleen Sebelius (D-Kans) 'around 5:00am on morning after a tornado destroyed the town of Greensburg, Kansas and discussed with here what to say'..."

This is like no legalese I've ever seen. It's also like no English I've ever seen.

"The statement was made by Mr Quinn, repeated on FreeRepublic, is demonstrably, unequivocally and absolutely false."

Besides being illiterate, this sentence does NOT say WHAT is "demonstratively false": the discussion about how to blame the tornado on the Bush administration or the entire phone call.
