I don’t buy the Sebelius conspiracy. She’s said this in the past.
You can be sure EVERY single Democrat Governor has been told to do this as well as other Dem legislators.

I agree. It is possible that he did not call her this time. However, every Democrat governor says the same thing when there is a disaster. It is so obvious that this has been discussed.
I think that is the reason for the melt down.
