The statements quoted above are false and defamatory, are libelous and slanderous and clearly threaten to interfere with the DNC’s operations and ability to solicit support and raise funds by predjudicing the organization in the eyes of the Democratic Party supporters and the public.Well, my goodness. Well, yes, I understand that. But my point was, the email is likely the first notification, with certification following in the mail. Read what I’ve responded with; read other confirmations within this thread. Yeah, but Jim, it looks like they are trying to kill you by making you stay up all night reading all of the thousands of threads to determine which ones are provable in a court of law after consulting with a panel of experts appointed by the DNC.

P.S. A post of mine today accused a woman of experiencing a mid-life crisis without subjecting her to a full battery of psychological tests. I hope you don't get sued for that. :-)
