Aha!!
My read on this? A major nerve was HIT and hit HARD.
I can't grasp any legal basis for this statement. Dean is a public figure. Sebelius is an elected official. The Freeper is reporting on something he/she heard broadcast. FR has a disclaimer.
Where's the basis for "cease and desist" here?
Heaven help us all if they push through the "fairness doctrine." Things like this letter seem to happen in politics only as preemptive strikes against further digging.
now, if the RNC had any ba*ls, THEY’D send a cease and desist to the DU for their “cheney IS ON the DC Madam’s client list” threads..
Boo fukking hoo!
Why don’t you go back to the Potomac and return to your real job of cleaning up the bottom of the river, along with your other bottom-feeding relatives?
The law firm is for real:

Free speech Bwahhaaawah....
We should give them the typical Dem response and demand them to prove they didn’t.
Listened to the Hannity link you provided. Wow. Incredible!
Hey, DNC. I got your retraction right here: ^ (¿) ^
Oh, and PS:
on the Quinn & Rose show on XM, co-host Quin stated that the DNC chairman, Gov. Howard Dean had called Gov Kathleen Sebelius (D-Kans) around 5:00am on morning after a tornado destroyed the town of Greensburg, Kansas and discussed with here what to say about the tornado and how to blame the war in Iraq and the Bush administration on a slow response to the aftermath.

I was talking to a friend who said that someone he knew had a friend that overheard the whole conversation and that it was true. So I think these bottom feeding scumbags need to go away.
I believe that an investigation needs to be launched to determine if this call took place. The lack of evidence is of no matter, the seriousness of the charge alone demands and investigation. They need to get the phone records for all of Howard Deans phones, the DNCs phones, and the Governors phones.
blibberous
Good idea! They should turn over their phone records! :-)
Mehh
That’s right, it’s not the evidence it’s the seriousness of the charge. People died while Sebelius and Dean lied, according to the charge.
How pathetic can they get? Going after someone for repeating what he heard on the radio and a website for allowing that factual comment (reporting what he heard) to stand? LOL. Bottom o’ the barrel there.
Their attempt to squelch this will surely only give it more exposure.
BTW, I heard this too on another show yesterday. Am I to fear reprisal for having just said that?!
I like the fact that Jim hasn’t replied to them here.
Dean and the DNC are lightweights, unworthy of a response by a King maker like Mr. Robinson.
Leaders pay little attention to yapping dogs.
