“The city is suing the dealers who won’t cooperate”

OK I guess that is blackmail, and or extortion

Already the case:

If you do any work, or attend any professional conference in New York, you are already required to pay NYS and/or NYC personal income taxes on your prorated income.

They'll have to go somewhere else. It's a felony if they try it in Virginia now.

Start indicting the guys buying the guns. Put a few New York cops in Georgia or Mississippi prisons, and the program should end fairly quickly. (Perhaps the mayors could be charged as co-conspirators.)

If gun laws were not unconstitutionally restrictive there would be no huge black market.

The ATBF said this is illegal. VA AG said he would prosecute NYC if they didn’t shut it down.

Liberals don’t need any laws, they are above the law, don’t you know.

"There are a number of cities that want to emulate what we've done,"

Translation: "Some city folk are willing to break laws so people in the boonies have to go unarmed." Their police are not going to respond to 9-1-1 calls in the sticks.

No NYC mayor should ever hold ANY higher office.

Sorry Rudy but this is just proof that the NYC state of mind is not good for the rest of the USA.

Read between the lines - this is a bunch of garbage. Bloomhead is trying to make it seem like other people like his stupid idea.

This is the epitome of pretzel-logic.

If I understand correctly, private investigators hired by NYC go outside of NYC (jurisdiction), commit a fradulent gun purchase (for which they are not prosecuted) so that NYC can sue the out of state gun dealer if they don't agree to have NYC monitor their operations?

The arrogance of Bloomberg knows no boundaries. IMNSHO, the NRA, GOA, and SAF, should step up with a team of lawyers and a pile of cash and defend the out of state dealers who don't want to cooperate and counter-sue Bloomberg.
