The “no inspection sticker” list includes, among others, Sen. Tom McGee and Reps. Pat Natale, Joe Wagner and the newly sworn in James O’Day. Also bagged for no inspection sticker: Rep. Tony Petrucelli of East Boston, who will soon be “moving up” to the Senate. An inspection sticker for what?! What the heck needs inspecting?

How about Rep. Gene O’Flaherty of Chelsea? I count at least five defaults on his record. What the heck is a default?! I thought that's what happens to a loan. I've heard of points for various infractions, but never a "default".
