I guess I should not be surprised. In 1986 I was in Milan, Italy in a very nice hotel having a drink in the lobby and sitting next to me at the table was a group of businessman.

As I listened to the conversation it was obvious they were arms dealers and one guy was taking orders for weapons from the other guy and making recommendation on how many rounds of ammo to order and what type.

Being in my 20’s at the time it was surreal.

I can’t get over the damn ice cream trucks being used as dead drops. Innocent kids still get snacks from them and yet they are dual purpose for deliverying crack and ‘whatever are in the big green garbage bags’.

I wish they just stuck with using the cab drivers and pizza delivery men. At least they dealt with the drops on a one to one basis. The ice cream men though, that I still find surreal and I’m way past my 20s and been watching that for years.
