I like Fred, but I wish he’d get busy getting in, or get busy staying out. This waiting is just going to pi** off a lot of people.

Well, maybe SOME, but remember the old saying: "Good things come to those who wait". I think he's going to get in, and I think he is waiting for something about which we know little or nothing. Have patience.

Oh my, here we go again indeed. It's been discussed extensively how Fred is still under contract with Law and Order until the end of their season. If he were to announce at this point, NBC would have to give every single other candidate EQUAL airtime...the amount of airtime Fred has played the DA this year.

As is, the show will end in the next couple of weeks and that equal airtime time will no longer be an issue.
