The voters sent a few home in 06. Didn't wake up the GOP, apparently. Maybe another bunch will be sent home in 08.

The proposal to give representation in MD makes a sort of sense, but then again, if they feel that strongly about it, they could simply move there instead of trying to extort money from taxpayers through a House seat.
