We agree with the Holy and Apostolic part just not the Catholic. BTW, Mormons are the only Christians I know of who actually claim to have Apostles.

Actually, the meaning of "Catholic" back then was "universal", not the "Catholic Church" as we define it today. The "Catholic Church" in fact was not even around at the time the Nicene creed was written.
