Does she carry a violin case?

""It is my responsibility today to warn people of the risk of his candidacy concerning the violence and brutality that would be unleashed in the country," she said, suggesting that unrest was especially likely in the volatile suburbs that were the site of rioting in 2005. ""When a person warns of unrest, they are generally making blatant threats of violence."
Sego sounds like she is plagarizing Marxine Waters of Watts, CA., "No justice no peace", just before the most recent riots in Los Angeles when half of her district and half of the rest of LA went up in flames.

A little less socialism there will help the US economy as well since the French will get their economy out of recession and buy more stuff from us.

Very true. It will be OK again to buy French products, drink French wine, and go one wonderful vacations to France. France is such a beautiful country, with beautiful towns, countryside, food, wine.
Americans returning and buying French goods again will definitely be a boost.

........his Socialist rival, Ségolène Royal, predicting street violence if he is elected. How low can you stoop? This is truly the last resort of a scoundrel attempting to scare people into voting for her.
"There's gonna be trouble......violence.....lot's of it......but vote for moi and all will be well."
Disgraceful.

Exactly, and the more rioting after the election the better.
If they burn Paris to the ground it will hasten the day when a sensible majority will rise in France and run the worthless yoots out of their country.
If everyones life is directly touched by senseless violence after the election then the majority of them will turn forever against the rabble.
France has set itself up for this nightmare...historically France goes through periods like this from time to time.
The chickens are coming home to roost...

That is the conclusion that I have formed from reading French history. Generally, the French populace is slow in turning to violence, but when they decide to do so, it comes in a flash.

France is truly a country of wonderful nature, food, and variety. Problem is, it’s full of French people....drat!
Just kidding....actually I love France and the French were always very nice to me. I just so frustrated by their knee-jerk anti-Americanism, even when they’ve never been here, or know what they’re talking about.

Ségolène Royal, predicting street violence if he is elected. This is not a prediction, it's an INSTRUCTION to her Marxist supporters; and they will most certainly obey.
It is also nothing short of TERRORISM.
A threat of violence if the electorate doesn't behave.
It is interesting that the left has had less and less regard for elections since Al Gore's buddies nearly got away with stealing the U.S. election in 2000.
