I have been receiving calls from 000-000-0000, when I pick up the phone, silence.
I immediately hang up, for I have had telemarketers call, see a FISH on the line, and then begin their sales pitch.
Can anyone offer any information who may be doing this?
(The search websites offer little information.)

I’m on Indiana’s, which is pretty good. I’m not sure how the federal on is. I still get calls to donate to the police and soldiers, but I don’t count that as telemarketing.
