Let’s assume for a minute that what the FDA continues to tell us is true, that melamine has not been proven to harm animals and humans and they are just being “cautious”.

Then I want to know what the real poison is......the one that they found in the gluten products......the one that is killing thousands of pets, the one that is causing them to destroy thousands of pigs and chickens, the one that is causing them to continue to recall pet foods because of a possibility of “cross-contamination”, the one that hasn’t even occured to the vets to test for yet, the one that because of the “dilution effect” shouldn’t really be that harmful to humans.

If this poison so dangerous that “cross-contamination” could be a problem, that even small quantities of it in, let’s say the air, that end up landing on pet food that has not been packaged yet, or let’s say, left behind in pet food preparation vats because of inadequate cleaning practices, could kill that many pets and possibly humans? Have any of the actual workers at Menu Foods become ill?

Nobody has disclaimed when they first found rat poison in the pet food in New York, if they have I have not read it.

Remember that was the first warning, then it was the melemine.
