I know I began to recieve negative impressions at an early age, beginning with new kids arriving in local schools, warned, by their parents, that local kids were “backward”.
I’m still friendly and polite, but I have to bite my tongue a lot. John Kerry’s goose hunt, and Hilary’s attempt to speak Geechee, are good examples for would be GOP leaders to take note of.
I hope the Republicans are smart enough not to pull that kind of crap. (Although Romney already did huh?)
