I lived and worked in South America for 5-years and it used to drive me nuts to see all the stupid che logo crap. In Argentina, this mutt’s face is everywhere.

Yea at my school it seemed for a while that there wasnt one day where I didnt see one or two kids wearing one of them. The most infuriating part is they clearly have no idea who he was. I dont even know if some knew his name.

“Humberto is one of my favorite writers.”

Any writer that uses the phrase, “Shoot, Shovel and Shut Up” is A-OK with me, LOL! ;)

The most infuriating part is they clearly have no idea who he was.

Several of the Argentineans I worked with spoke pretty good English and I once gave them an article that described the murderous history of Che and his late involvement in the Cuban "revolution" mostly as an executioner for Castro.
Everyone of them told me they were surprised and had never heard this side of the Che story and that they had been taught in school that he was instrumental in the revolution and was a national hero.

Whenever I would encounter some idiot wearing a Che shirt, I would ask them if they were wearing it because their Hitler tee-shirt was in the laundry?
