I see that the Pauline Apostles have been busy last night...
Is this a joke?
Either your Drudge figures are way out of date or your having some sort of dream.
“I see that the Pauline Apostles have been busy last night...”
His anti war stance has the Dem anti war crowd active at moveon.org etc. It’s an attempt to embarrass the GOP and Bush. I like Paul’s stance on the Constitution but this is not 1800. We cannot ingore these islamofacists who are trying to kill us.
Im Just Waitin On A Fred
Watching girly-men go passing by
It aint the latest thing
Im just standing in a doorway
Im just trying to make some sense
Out of these girly-men go passing by
The tales of sellout men
Im not waiting on the Rinos
Im just waiting on a Fred
His smile relieves a heart that grieves
Remember what I said
Im not waiting on the Rinos
Im just waiting on a Fred
Im just waiting on a Fred
Dont need a whore
I dont need no boozer
Dont need a Mormon priest
But I need someone I can cry to
I need someone to protect me
Making war and breaking heads
It is a game for few
But Im not waiting on the Rinos
Im just waiting on a Fred
It's a poll of self-selected participants, hence it may not have a great predictive value. It is interesting, though.
You might want to “refresh” your Drudge page. Romney had 35 percent last I checked.
Nah! Just the left banging the poll, so their network, PMSNBC, can use this screed in their Friday shows. It will be interesting to see the ratings for last night.
Yes, the libs are hitting this poll big time. Ron Paul shares their anti-war, anti-administration views. Plus they may be trying to create the appearance of a third-party groundswell for Paul.
Ron Paul? - is he the guy who makes those great fish sticks?
Could have been a little wishful thinking. Tancredo took Romney’s numbers in your list.

Get that sh*t out of here...
I often used to see libs/dems promoting Ron Paul and wondered if he was a switch hitter or something. I still don’t get why he has such support - even from an opposing party - it indicates to me his political affiliation may be skewed.
For personality Romney won that event, but being a great personality - is that the primary attribute of a candidate for President?
From where I sat, Romney was the clear winner. Jim Gilmore could have left out a few of his reminders that he had been Governor of Virginia, my state, Huckabee came over much better than I would have expected, Guliani worse. McCain wash’t too impressive, Brownback should fold his tent, along with Tommy Thompson, and just what the Hell was Ron Paul doing there?
Overall, they looked far better to me than the Democrat field, especially Romney. It was the first time I had seen him, and he certtainly made a good first impression.
LOL - That's a perfect description for chrissy mathews and her lunatic followers.
Ron Paul, the Sanjaya of online polling.
Paul’s support from the left is mainly because of his anti-war stand. He is a very hardcore small-government libertarian, not really a social conservative.
He has a lot of points that I agree with (mainly on reducing the size of government and forcing our out-of-control Federal behemoth to get back to its Constitutional duties and no other), but I can’t buy into him going Chuck Hagel on the President about the war. I think the biggest problem that some (not all) libertarians have is that their totally non-interventionist foreign policy isn’t realistic in these times. It’s idealistic and ignores the realities of modern terrorism.
Even though I don’t support him, I’ll respect him for one thing—he is certainly one of the most consistent guys in Congress when it comes to voting his beliefs. He puts his votes where his mouth is.
