I had two Jack Russell terriers some years ago. Willy and Pancho. They are a fearless breed. Fearless.

Jack Russell Terrier—good.
Pit Bull—bad.

Leave it to a Jack Russell...great dogs, and completely dauntless.

“Jack Russell terrier named George...”
The pit bulls’ names were Nancy and Harry.

You wouldn’t believe it but so is my 7 pound Papillon.
The neighbor got a Briard pup. Cute as the day is long but a typical huge floppy puppy. He came in to “visit” my 7 & 9 year olds and was promply chased back by my Pap.
Go Minnie go!

Very very inter-vesting Doctor Brilliant. We didn’t catch that one, but once again you’ve out smarted us.

I'd believe it. My wife had a little black and white Papillon when we married. He was stolen. :o(

Sorry, it did not turn up on the ‘search’ and as one who frequents FR quite a bit I had not seen it before. If someone can post a link I think the Mods can safely lock this thread. Glad I found the story, however, as I know what I would have been going through if this had happened to our dog so many years ago.

I’m so sorry.
I had a lemon and white pap years ago. Kat was a little princess pup and loved everyone. My 10 year old niece loved to brush and bathe her. I let her “spend the night” with my niece one day. After brushing and bathing, she forgot to put her collar back on. Someone openned the door and *gone*.
This one is not lent out.
Now if we could get housebreaking down and stop living in the kitchen, life would be good!
