Did McGreevey renounce his unnatural vice? Or does the Episcopal Church have no standards? To be fair, Augustine Of Hippo led a life of sin and depravity before becoming a devout Catholic.

Did McGreevey renounce his unnatural vice? I don't know, but I have a guess.

“Did McGreevey renounce his unnatural vice?”
Why should he do that? The Episcopal Church’s new morality is “let er rip” “Anything goes”
Maybe he’ll be ordained by the queer bishop who left his wife and family to shack up with a man.

Did McGreevey renounce his unnatural vice? The only "unnatural vice" proscribed by today's Episcopal Church is Christian faith.

Did McGreevey renounce his unnatural vice? Or does the Episcopal Church have no standards? One of the Bishops in the ECUSA was elected to that office after having left his wife and daughters for another man. He is now planning to wed his current male lover. So McGreevey should have a great future with the Episcopalians.

To be fair, Augustine Of Hippo led a life of sin and depravity before becoming a devout Catholic. There IS a difference. Can you tell?

The crux of the matter is true repentance and amendment of one’s life. Let’s hope McGreevey is sincere. You’re right about many of the saints. In fact most of them led dissipated and notoriously sinful lives before their conversion.
