H.R. 2206, the “U.S. Troop Readiness, Veterans’ Care, Katrina Recovery, and Iraq Accountability Appropriations Act, 2007,” which provides $120 billion — in FY 2007 supplemental appropriations for the Global War on Terror (GWOT), hurricane disaster relief and recovery, and for other purposes.
