I still have on my tinfoil hat re this accident. An accident that disrupts the commute of 220,000 people a day for months at the second busiest interchange in the country? Occurs at 4am when there are NO witnesses to what happened. Driver spent time as a ward of the state on heroin charges. This don’t smell right.
