Rep. Dana Rohrbacker (R) from CA is on CSPAN live right now ripping it up on illegal immigration.
True enough and there was one on the camera guy. Texas I think. Out here in Riverside County the protests where no where close to last year.
Rohrbacker is my Rep, and I've been to a local Town Hall meeting where he spoke. This was more than a couple years back now, but he indicated (among other things) the Number One Issue domestically was illegal immigration.
The (well attended with police present) meeting was held at the local senior center and was interrupted several times during his presentation by LOUD Spanish song over the public address system.
On each instance, attendees (or possibly government reps) in the audience got up to investigate the disturbance. In NO way, shape or form was the interruption unintended.
