Here's the problem - we're just about as likely to get the above from Rudy as we are from the Democrat nominee. Also, FWIW, I'm not mad at Giuliani - he's just being himself.

I *am* very worried by the fact that the Republican Party has been so successfully infiltrated by people who hold the barest minimum of conservative beliefs. To me, voting for Rudy is akin to dragging the Trojan Horse inside the city gates. I'll pass.

Such laws are much more likely to be enacted by a liberal Republican like Rudy and pass unopposed by the Congress. If Hillary or Barry O'Bama tried it, the GOP would resist, if only for purely political reasons.
