And thanks King Vanity for lifting up the rest of us in prayer...
I have been given to understand that such prayers are often far more *powerful* than our garden variety ones.

He is not going home but is preparing for his time.
Last rites will be done tommarrow afternoon then he has years to relax from a very active life.

Alaska had a 6.2 today...
I am getting more sleep here than when I was on call bedside for KV at the Medical Center.
It was a great learning exp. and he got great care....spent many hours done in nuclear med sci. (sic)
I have known this day would come and for the last two years “thanks to FR and Salvation” have been preparing a life after when the time comes to stay right here in America and do neonatel care for babies who have no hospital/doctors available for intervention.
I hope to stay lower 48 but if sent will go to Alaska. Wherever the Church and the good Lord sends me.
Thanks Jim that means a whole lot coming from a FRiend in some what the same shoes.

Bless your heart for your steadfastness. You have truly sacrificed. I have been a caretaker and in no way does it compare to the length of time you have endured.
Doctors gave us the same suggestions, hospice, etc. Home was the best.

This is a phase but as faith and wisdom would have it we prepared long ago.
We have been two peas in a pod literally other than our Labradors so yes when on of the peas wether KV or me goes we will have a difficult seperation.
