After lawsuits and FOIA inquiries, Congress added a proviso to a spending bill that 'said', only congresscritters can look at the redacted portions!
It had nothing to do with 'National-Security', or anything else of a sensitive, secret, nature.
Congress is keeping it secret to cover their own asses because the klintoon told them too!
Good luck on getting the redacted portions. They'd probably put both the klintoon in jail, but not before exposing all the dirty secrets of most elected people in DC ............... FRegards
