If the owner of a business doesn’t want guns in their place, they can make that the policy and you can
take your money and go to an establishment that allows your weapon. I think that is the way it is
supposed to work.
Flat BS.
Public places cannot deny entrance to blacks, gays, a specific gender, etc, and they damn sure are not goign to discriminate against me for exercising my Constitutional right to defend myself.
If they spot my weapon and don’t like it, I will leave, and will never patronize their store again.
I will also dump a bucketload of cash into sueing them for discrimination.
I may not win, but they won’t get off scot free either.
If they don’t notice I’m carrying, TS.
On very rare occasions, metal will set off the detectors they use to prevent shoplifting. On the way in, walk close to the detector and test it. That way you won’t have set it off on your way out.
What do you suppose they’d do if you prevented an armed robbery, or worse, in their store? Ask you to holster your weapon and stop bothering their “customers.”
