I was just doing some research on this document and found out that Dan Darling pointed out back on February 16 2006 the significance of this document in an article in the Weekly Standard and he mentioned that Al Zawahiri visited Iraq and Iran according to the document. Although one thing is that Dan Darlign thought that the "doctor" referred to in the document was Al Zawahiri where indeed he is another person if you read the document carefully. Al Zawahiri was only called "Aymen" in the document. I am really surprised that the Intelligence Community did not include this very important document when they presented Al Qaeda-Saddam relation to the US Senate Intelligence Committee. They totally ignored it and the Senate report said that Zawahiri visit to Iraq was not proven. This document totally destroys this argumemt.

Here is the article of Dan Darling as published in the Weekly Standard on February 16 2006 : http://www.weeklystandard.com/Content/Public/Articles/000/000/006/761smqst.asp

I totally understand Jveritas frustration when he states the publics understanding of these translations are sloppy for two reasons. These documents are either translated wrong by inexperienced individuals that lack the ability to understand the full language or people are misinterpreting key words or key phrases. I like to sum it up metaphorically by using a humorous ad on YOUTUBE that kind of makes the point. As you watch the video imagine the German Coast Guard guy is translating these documents.
