US Senate leader Harry Reid believes that the Democrats can pick up seats if America loses the war in Iraq. To accent and move forward his point military strategist Harry Reid has offered up a surrender and has proclaimed that the 'war is lost.' Party before country? You decide. Washington Post columnist David Broder seems to believe that Harry is a dim bulb, along with the rest of the country.

Broder blasted Reid, calling him "bumbling," saying he's an embarrassment, and breaking the news that, "at some point down the road the Democrats are going to have to have a little caucus and decide how much further they want to carry Harry Reid."

That brought out Clinton political crony Paul Begala. He writes, "Broder, of course, is a gasbag. The Hindenburg of pundits." He continues, "Perhaps Broder's bed-wetting tantrum against Reid was spurred by the certain knowledge that while Harry Reid has been telling hard truths, Mr. Broder has been falling hard for transparent lies."
He then pimps out Reid as a tough guy. "I doubt very seriously that Harry Reid is bothered by Broder's comments. Reid has faced down Vegas mobsters who planted a bomb in his family car. He's unlikely to be intimidated by George W. Bush's housebroken lap-dog."

Libs eating libs, and this is when they have power. In the latest Wall Street Journal poll, only 2% of those polled gave Reid an 'excellent rating. Maybe Paul Begala should stop writing blog posts and get busy voting for "the leading light of Searchlight, Nev."
Harry Reid is in way over his head, and if he has to defend on Begala for a defense, it can only go downhill from here.
Reid and Begala can go straight to hell as far as I’m concerned.

What possible justification can any media outlet have for giving a transparent hyper partisan whore like this ANY air time? This is the ONLY "pundit" out there who makes Carvell sound sane by comparison.
Reid and his Dem’s prior to elections never gave us a solution. Dem’s always portrayed disasters.
Now Harry Reid releases another solution informing us about consequences.
Harry Reid... America will be a loser again according to your analysis.
Harry Reid, with your solution of running away you also are obligated to tell us who the winners will be.
Did he do this single handly? Surely he did...back in h is amamteur boxing days, he was a force to reckoned with....
Begala may be totally correct. After all, he is an expert at recognizing “gasbags”, having faithfully served as one’s major bootlicker for several years.

If I have to choose the more credible of the two between David Broder and the Forehead (and believe me, I shudder at the thought that I might have to)...I’ve got to go with Broder.

Reid is worse then an idiot, he’s a traitor. And all to try to score cheap political points. I pray Americans will remember that power and politics is far more import to the democrats like Reid and Pelosi, then the welfare of our troops who are in harms way.
I’v never heard Begala question any position or statement made by any Dem ever. This clown is the biggest lapdog/stooge ever. Worse than Carville.
Poor Harry, he gets so annoyed and scared when his diapher is soiled. I think he thinks people will see it leaking of smell the mess he made in it.
Carville and Begala were hired by the Clinton’s because the only democratic election that resulted in victory in that cycle was Wolfords.
Bill Clinton did not need those clowns to get elected. Hillary didn’t need to make Health Care her touch stone. That she did, and failed, can be attributed to the advice of Begala and Carville.
That didn’t prevent those two-bit hustlers from conning a willing media into thinking they were political geniuses. It took the marriage of a republican notable to Carville to properly name him. Serpenthead was just right, so now babbling Begala may finally see his demise. He was last seen on the Don Imus show giving him advice on how to handle his woes.
The Robert De Niro movie “Casino” told the true story of mob control of Las Vegas. All major characters in the film were representations of actual persons involved in the real portrayed events. De Niro’s character actually was Frank Rosenthal, Joe Pesci’s character was actually Tony Spilotro, and Alan King’s character was Teamster Pension Fund official Alan Dorfman.
The mob-owned official played played by Dick Smothers called “Senator” was Harry Reid. The scene in which Sam Rothstein is denied a license by the Nevada Gaming Commission is based on a December 1978 hearing when Harry Reid was the commission’s chairman; some of Reid’s statements are used in Smothers’ dialogue.
A number of people of this era found bombs in their car, bullets in their back, and ice picks in their brain. They weren’t all crime fighters.
