Fresno High School students selected senior Dan Abril as prom king and senior Corissa Compos as queen. So what, you say?
Among the contenders vying to be crowned prom king was tranny Cinthia Covarrubias. While the senior was perfectly happy to be in the spotlight a few days ago when (s)he said (s)he wanted to "break a barrier for future transgender students," The Fresno Bee reports that on the Big Night Covarrubias sicced Fresno Unified School District Assistant Superintendent John Marinovich on TV camera crews to tell them to buzz off:
"She and her parents do not want to be taped, or interviewed, at all. She feels strongly enough about it that she came in through a back entrance. I hope you won't spoil the evening for her."
One parent, who feels that Covarrubias spoiled Prom Night for everyone else, tells The Bee that "the world is getting too politically correct":
"It puts [the students] in an awkward position. I don't have a problem with her sexual identity. Tolerance has grown, but why does she need to make things awkward for the other kids? There's a time and place to make a stand. To me, this isn't it."
For his part, Michael Martin, a junior, did not vote for Covarrubias, because a shemale prom king is "creepy."
Well we have a trasvestite running for President.
I have a question for the pro hillary if rudy is the republican crowd.
Did Rudy dress as a woman for a fun event once or does he do it reguarly?
Because only a moron would call someone a tranny who did it for one event.
The Queen that would be King?
Is cynthia a shemale or a tranny? I am guess she is a girl that dresses as a male and not a girl who actually has a male organ, but who knows it is so confusing.
If its true that posing as the opposite sex at a party for fun makes you a tranny guess I am one since for fun my friends and I went as the Marx brothers to a party and I am a woman.
There are parents here who are backing their 12 year old son’s suit to have a sex change operation.
The doctors say they will wait til he goes through puberty and then counseling etc. And he’s over 21.
Balls! Cried the Queen....
If I had them, I’d be King!
Semper Fi
He has done it more than once, unless some of those pictures have been photoshopped.
No, no, no. He’s a metrosexual. There’s a difference ... I think.
Oh, was that a reference to Rudy? I thought he meant Edwards. I’m confused ...
This statement is symptomatic of the way political correctness wears down the opposition. "I don't have a problem...." means: "I'm actually really tolerant, really I am". "There's a time and a place...." means: "Your case is legitimate, but can you wait until after our prom?".
Political Correctness is a more dangerous threat to this country than Islamic errorists.
Oops! I thought it was an anti-Rudy thread...
errorists = terrorists
That’s what I’m trying to figure out although photoshopping wouldn’t be out of the question.
I’m just worried I might be a tranny and should tell my husband. Because if it’s based on a few pictures and having fun dressing as the other gender for a party I am a tranny according to some people.
When I was 4 I played a boy in a local play.
Wow can I apply for special benefits somewhere?
I can’t really get this straight in my mind, my mind being straight but here goes: The girl thinks she’s a boy, dresses like a boy and acts like a boy (though the article did not say whether she dates, and what gender she picks as love intersts). The girl wanted to dress in a tuxedo (I assume) and run for Prom King. Since she is a girl acting like a boy, that would not make her a Queen, which is an aging boy acting/dressing like a woman. Do you follow me ... ‘cause I don’t think I can ‘splain it again.
Oh wow he posed as a woman for a few fun events.
Well I guess I’m a tranny then. Better tell my husband.
