Since the rich guys get 4 wives and usually many concubines, there aren't enough babes for the rest. Hence they are sexually frustrated and a lot of them are homo or bi as well. And of course they are the terrors of the goat and sheep world. Donkeys and even Camels aren't safe either.
And of course the rich and powerful have to "service" all those wives and concubines, thus their obsession with impotency.
