What this lowlife Toledo Blade writer wants might be in our best interests - in the longrun. For nothing would start a civil war as surely as repealing the 2nd amendment. It would give patriotic Americans a legitimate chance to route the leftist scum that has invaded our body politic. Our military is sworn to uphold the constitution and this would be a clear violation.

What’s that old saying....Be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it.

Mr. Simpleton would need a weapon himself, because I believe a number of people would see him as the root of their problem, and would track him down.

The disarmament process would begin after the initial three-month amnesty.

Based on the Australian and British experience, it's scary to contemplate just how many would probably cooperate with the amnesty.

In general, the rural midwest, South, and Intermountain West, would not be a friendly place to the gun grabbers.

Might not be that far a stretch; after all, it was less than 15 years from the time Ralph threatened to send Alice “To the moon!” until Neil Armstrong intoned those fateful and flummoxed words, “One small step for man...”

...it's scary to contemplate just how many would probably cooperate with the amnesty.

Even if 90% complied, the remaining 10% of "outlaws" would outnumber the "Special Squads" nearly 10-to-1.

The following is from a very good article about the VT massacre, and the responsibility of gun control and gun controllers (i.e. tyrants) for it.

“Come get them. You can have the bullets first, then if you are still above room temperature you are welcome to pry them out of my cold and stiff fingers. Think for a minute though, dumbass, that I and people like me might be a lot better at this violence thing than you sissies.”

http://gonzosbarandgogogrill.mensnewsdaily.com/2007/04/16/33-dead-at-virginia-tech/

Dan Simpson strikes me as one of the sissies - who wants to have the power to use others to do that which he is unable/unwilling to do for himself.

To quote King Leonidas I of Sparta, responding to the demand of the Persians that he and his men “Lay down your weapons!”: “MOLON LABE!!!” Come and get them!

See the film clip at:

http://www.teentoday.co.uk/films/300trailer.shtml

300 Spartans killed 20,000 Persians to defend their liberties. Just what does Simpson think that 80 million American gun owners would do?

“Frightening to think that moonbats such as him have votes that cancel out the votes of real Americans.”

All the more reason to NEVER waste ones vote on “teaching a lesson”.

His “special squads” should start by kicking in the door at the Toledo Blade in search of his useless butt!

Hooray for the First Amendment!

Allowing mental defectives to publicly expose themselves since 1791.

Entering a domicile would be the perfect opportunity to also seize hate literature (i.e. The Bible).

.Isn’t the German term for Special Police, “S”chutz”S”taffen?

SS stood for Schutzstaffel, which usually translates as "protective squad," which makes sense because they started at Hitler's bodyguards. "Gestapo" was a contraction of "Geheime Staatspolize"--Secret State Police. Then there were the Sonderkommando, which translates as "Special Squads"--they were the Jews in the camps forced to aid in the extermination (for a few weeks or months, before being killed themselves because they knew too much). Finally, there were the Einsatzgruppen, which translates to "task force" or "intervention group:. They were the ones travelling the countryside in eastern Europe and the Soviet Union killing "undesirables" without the formality of shipping them to death camps.

A Clinton Appointee calling for massive gun confiscation...

Why am I NOT surprised?

Hitler and Geobbell’s thought it was a great idea, too....

Nazism disguised as Liberalism is knocking at the door, is anyone paying attention?

They would have to be very special squads indeed.

Unless they have "This side toward enemy." stamped on them, I don't see the grabbers having an interest.

But if somehow they do, you might want to employ them before the grabbers get inside the perimeter.
