The Catholic Church is doing its part. It's about time some others stepped up.
If they weren’t out for a political point, why is this in the Associated Press? I don’t notify the AP about every development of my life...
You obviously don't know Massachusetts courts or our new "affirmative action" Governor very well.I guarantee you that by the time the dust has settled here these misfits will get a big cash settlement and the school in question will be ordered to "celebrate diversity" or be closed down.
I *guarantee* it.
As a Catholic, I’m happy to see the church stood up to this publicity stunt!
Now say three Hail Marys and wash your brain out with soap.
This school fired its football coach last year because he knocked up his girlfriend. So they are consistent. The story doesn’t say if the girl she wants to bring is a student at Bishop Feehan. Many Public Schools in MA don’t allow students to take their out of town boyfriends/girlfriends to the Prom. They also don’t allow 20 year old dates to attend either. She’s 17 and “openly bisexual”, Mom and Dad must be proud to know that their little girl has been doing it with anything that moves. Remember when Sex Education discouraged promiscuity?
God needs bodies for souls.
were they going as “a couple” or as two seperate people going stag?
Massachusetts sounds like the closest thing to hell in the U.S. Too bad we can’t kick them out of the union
My sentiments exactly. Good. I’m rooting for the Catholic church.
Girls who don’t have dates with boys attend our local prom together. They aren’t gay, they just want an opportunity to attend the prom.
History repeats itself. The early Christians were part of a moral revolution, and the Roman Empire hated them for it. They rejected homosexuality and and other commonly accepted sexual immorality. Thus they were called "haters of mankind" by people like Pliny. Sound familiar? The Christian moral view was aginst the law, and they were persecuted for it.
The Left is trying hard to make it against the law again. We can either fight them now, or fight them later.
Isn’t the school a private organization? Aren’t I allowed to choose who I associate with? Or is guberment going to start telling me who I can and cannot associate with, as well as force me to associate with someone I choose not to associate with?
Free country indeed....</sarc>
I heard they left lickity split.
They did the right thing. The girl is the guilty party, not the school.
Can you say "Day late and a dollar short"?
Or should that be "Years late and millions of dollars short"?
It only took hundreds, if not thousands, of sexually abused children, decades of active enabling, widespread cover ups, and millions of dollars in settlements for the Catholic Church to realize that homosexuals within their ranks were ruining the church.
Despite all that, a microcosm of the greater evil of the mainstreaming of homosexual acceptance, America is still asleep at the wheel and not wearing seat belts on this issue.
I just hope enough people wake up before the bus hits the tree.
Curves wouldn’t let me work out in their gymn cause I’m a man. Waaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
What was the probelm? Was it because at least one of them needed to be ordained?
