Where the heck is Graham? I can understand McCain being out campaigning, but where was Graham?

Smith and Hagel vote for unconstitutional bullshit. HAgel especially should be ashamed of himself. What a disgrace.

Good for Joe Lieberman for voting on the right side of this one.

Love your tagline; one of my favorite pieces of philosophy.

Also; The grass may look greener on the other side. It may even be greener, but it could be because the pasture is full of cows**t.

51 Yes - 46 No

Yet by my lightning math, had Hagel (R-NE) & Smith (R-OR) voted with their party and Graham (R-SC) & McCain (R-AZ) had been there to vote also, that would have made it 50 No to 49 Yes...

That is what really has my breeches in a twit!

Gadzoks, get a rope for all the galldurn Democrats... But let's first take care of our turncoats Hagel & Smith!

Maybe we should FREEP Hagel (R-NE) and Smith (R-OR) for voting for this legislation.
