Yet by my lightning math, had Hagel (R-NE) & Smith (R-OR) voted with their party and Graham (R-SC) & McCain (R-AZ) had been there to vote also, that would have made it 50 No to 49 Yes...

That is what really has my breeches in a twit!

Gadzoks, get a rope for all the galldurn Democrats... But let's first take care of our turncoats Hagel & Smith!

Yep, your extensive calculations are quite disturbing! McCain and Graham need to set the record straight why they didn’t show up to vote. Even if it was only symbolic, if McCain wants MY vote to be president he really blew it by him tossing away HIS vote on this piece of garbage.

More importantly, Hagel and Smith need to get drummed out of the republican party. I dont feel like giving the GOP another dime of my money with those 2 traitors stinking up the works.
